Aussie Miracle Moist and Mega Shampoo & Conditioner Dupes - Head to Aldi

I was flicking through the Aldi special buys magazine today and was intrigued and delighted to see that next Thursday the 29th May Aldi are launching some new Shampoo's and Conditioner's that strikes an uncanny resemblance to the Aussie hair care range which I absolutely love. The products are packaged the same and they have very similar ingredients except this hair care range goes by the name of Carino and costs a fraction of the price.

The Carino Moisture Shampoo and Conditioner contain Australian Macadamia Nut which helps to condition and smooth your hair JUST like the Aussie Miracle Moist Shampoo and conditioner. I'm wondering will I get the same healthy nourished feeling for my locks for the unbeatable price of €2.49.

I'm also interested in the Carino Mighty Shampoo and Conditioner which contains a similar ingredient to the Aussie Mega shampoo and conditioner. Kangaroo Paw flower adds life and shine to dull hair giving you that bounce that we all love. Again at just €2.49 a bottle Thursday can't come round quick enough.

What do you think? I have high hopes and can't wait to try them out. These are subject to availability and when they are gone, they're gone as Aldi says. Aussie prices are from Boots and I worked out a total savings of €18.90 when sticking with the Carino brand. That's a nice little round of cocktails right there ladies!

Let me know your thoughts in the comments below and be sure to share this with your friends.

Sleek Eye Dust Shadow Pots - Review & Swatches

Greens and Blues
Brights
Darks and Blacks
Browns

Here I have eleven of the twenty two shades available from the Sleek Eye Dust collection. They are all super pigmented and a complete bargain at only €3.99 a pot. I have heard mixed reviews about these Eye Dust pots, mostly complaints about fall out but lets be realistic. You are always going to have fall out from loose pigments. When using these pigments I always do my eye make-up first then remove fall out from my cheeks and continue with my foundation routine after to achieve a flawless look.

Some of the pigments have larger particles than others and some are a fine powder. The fine pigments such as Blue lagoon, Sunfest, So Sleek and Drama are less shimmery and leave more of a matte finish with a high colour payout. The heavy particle pigments like Tigress, Dirty, Ooh Baby and Scrub leave the most fantastic shimmer finish. To create a smokey look I would apply a light shadow to the crease of my eye before applying one of these Eye Dust shadows to the lid. Top it all off with some fierce lashes or your favourite volume mascara and you are ready to catch peoples eyes wherever you go!

Love,
Sarah
