On Saturday night I had two 30th Birthday parties to go to in town. For most of the week I was thinking wouldn't it be nice to just stay in and cosy it up! But around 5pm I thought I better go out. I needed to make a dash to Dunnes Stores to get a pair of nude tights because my legs are in no condition to be let out and I wasn't bothered didn't have time to apply fake tan.

While I was there I seen these lashes by QVS, they are called natural lashes style Q4. They cost €6.50. I was so surprised with the texture of them,obviuosly you would still know they werent the real deal but they had a nice soft texture to them. The glue wasn't half bad but I hate the little squeeze tubes they come in. I usually use my Revlon Lash adhesive but it appears to have run away on me! I had to cut them in half as they are really big which is great news because i like that I can adjust them to my needs.

I also picked up a bottle of Essence Holographic nail polish for €1.99

It was a last minute get ready situations so I was able to apply this nail varnish and run straight out the door. If I had used any other colour mistakes would have been mush more noticeable! 

Oh I bought two pairs of tights in Dunnes Stores, one for €7.00 and another for €4.00. They both ripped on me while trying to get them on! Feckin nails needed filing!  thankfully on the €4.00 the rip was high enough to hide and I used clear nail polish to stop it from laddering! Sometimes I wish I was a man, shower &shave and out the door for them! 

GLEE - o2 Dublin

This is just a selection of the photos I took at glee at their show on the 2nd. It was fantastic. The last time I was in the o2 in Dublin was for the KISS concert last year and that still ranks high in the best concert I have been to. Glee was fab, I didn't expect to be so close to the stage! I actually acted like a complete 12 year old, screaming my head off! My poor boyfriend came with me (he also got me the tickets for Christmas last year!), it was pure torture for him. They did do a cover of one of Queens songs so he was happy with that! The screaming girls was a lot for him to take in, still slightly traumatized but he will be fine!! 

Thank you Shane for letting me express my true Gleekness at the Glee concert!!! 

More Blaine you say....No Problem!!! 

I don't think I'll be watching the new season of Glee, new characters and some of the current cast leaving...we shall see!

Random Things about me

I can't drive. Its never been something I have never needed or been interested in but since I moved house late last year and have to rely on an awful bus service I have come to terms with the fact that I will need to learn.

I had my tongue and nose pierced before I was 18! I had my tongue piercing for 5 years and my nose piercing for six months.

I love to cook & Bake...it never looks as good as it tastes though!!

I am fascinated with anything to do with Egypt.

I'm a Gleek!

My favourite films are horror and extreme action! I do love my girlie/lovey dovey films too but those are my go to films on week nights! 

I am not like most women who have a mad shoe obsession! I have never been able to spend a days wages on a pair of shoes and I am a rather large size so I find it hard to find anything nice. I wish I had a drop dead sexy shoe collection but for now im gonna stick to my converse!
